How to Register to Vote

To register to vote you must be:

  • A U.S. Citizen
  • At least 18 years of age by the next General or Consolidated Election
  • A resident of your precinct at least 30 days prior to Election Day

To register in person at the County Clerk’s office, you must provide two forms of ID, one of which must include your current address.

To Register by mail or online, you will need your current Driver’s License or State ID Number, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.

When applying by mail, please be sure to complete the entire application and sign it.
