On behalf of the Calhoun County State’s Attorney’s Office, I want to welcome you to our website. This website is designed to provide valuable information and to help explain the role of your State’s Attorney.
As your State’s Attorney, I represent the People of the State of Illinois in all criminal proceedings occurring within Calhoun County, provide legal representation for the Calhoun County Board of Commissioners, and for the officers of Calhoun County. I welcome input from concerned members of the community and believe that by working together we can best achieve our goal of reducing crime and ensuring Calhoun County is a safe place to live, work and raise a family.
